•  Pick-up/pullout wooden queen size deck and foam and deliver to Classica tower for unit 9A use as requested by Ms. Grace Serenas as per Mario of marketing dept.

• Dis-assemble existing deck and re-assemble to unit 14G master bedroom

•  Assemble newly delivered deck to unit 9A

•  Made a call to information and request for a personnel to clean and de-clogged grease trap of unit 7F kitchen. See details here

•  Contact contractor Roger Sapinoso for the full payment of repair unit 7F maid’s quarter CR leaking problems. See details here
